  • When should I arrive for my appointment?

    To provide you with the best possible experience we appreciate if you can arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.

  • What if I am running late?

    Please call if possible.  Please note however arriving late will simply limit your treatment , thus effecting the results. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time.  You will be charged for the full amount of the original booking.

  • Why do I need to pay a deposit and what if I need to cancel my appointment?

    We have a strict booking & cancellation policy. All bookings made online and over the phone require a  deposit. You may choose to have this roll over as your ongoing deposit OR you can use it to offset your treatment total at departure.  We kindly request 24 hour’s notice should you need to change or cancel a booking. Less than 24 hour’s notice will incur a loss of your deposit. Gift Vouchers will incur a 50% loss of voucher value. We are unable to accept cancellations left by message, DM or via social media on Sundays or public holidays or when we are closed ie after business hours. You must phone the clinic directly to cancel. Cancellation of treatments as part of a package will also incur a penalty ie loss of service booked

  • Do I need to book an appointment?

    Yes, bookings are essential. We are quite flexible and always do our best to accommodate clients.
    Please let us know at time of booking if you are redeeming a Gift Voucher

  • What payment methods are available for services?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS , Cash and of course our gift vouchers.

  • Afterpay is available for payments OVER $150
  • Can I buy gift vouchers?

    Gift Vouchers are available in the clinic, also ONLINE 
    Gift vouchers are not transferable
    Gift vouchers have a 3 year expiry
    Failure to show for booked appointment will result in gift voucher becoming void
    Any cancellation made within 24hrs of scheduled treatment will reduce the Gift Voucher by 50%
    Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash

  • Appointments for packages

    All packages require a 50% deposit, 24hrs notice for cancellations or re schedule otherwise deposit is lost.
